Minature 2-Stage Carrier Gas Chromatograph Pressure Regulator - 3000 psig Designed for NASA/ESA Mars Exploration

Special Recent Products have included such diverse projects as:

• Pressure Regulator for the NASA Sample Acquisition at Mars (SAM) Project. Autoflow has been selected and awarded a contract by NASA to design and manufacture the Minature 2-Stage Pressure Regulator used for the Gas Chromatograph Laser Spectrometer Instrument, Sample Acquisition Mission (SAM) to Mars. The project is in conjunction with the European Space Agency Mars Mission to be launched in 2009. This is a 2-stage, extremely precision, high pressure, miniaturized, cartridge mounted pressure regulator and is currently under development.
• Pressure Regulator for the NASA Cassini - Huygens Mission. Autoflow was selected and awarded a contract by NASA to design and manufacture the Pressure Regulator for the Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer Instrument aboard the NASA Cassini - Huygens Mission to Saturn, which was launched October 1997. Cassini arrived at Saturn in January 2005 and the Instrument was on the Sample Probe that was sent on to descend on to the surface of Saturn's moon Titan, where atmospheric and surface samples were collected and analyzed. The miniature, ultra-precision, cartridge mounted Pressure Regulator performed exceptionally well, and in appreciation of our efforts for this highly successful project, Autoflow was presented the NASA "Goddard Space Flight Center - Group Award" for outstanding achievement.
• Autoplex Modular Sample System Manifold. Pioneered development of Modular Sample Systems used in chemical sample systems, using the ISA SP-76 component interface.
• Pressure Regulating Manifolds for the Oxygen Life Support Systems aboard "very special" Navy Deep Submergent Vehicles.
• High Pressure Ships Air and Oxygen Regulating Manifolds conforming to MIL-V-24272 supplied to the Navy for various vessel classes including Aircraft Carriers and Missile Frigates. Autoflow was presented the US Navy "Partner in Excellence Award" for outstanding achievement.
• High Pressure Regulators supplied to the Air Force for Aircraft Nitrogen and Oxygen Servicing Stations.
